I am interested in exploring an occasional exchange of values to transact my artwork with alternative “currency” structures that are meaningful or collective and not always dollar-based.

Kicking off August, “Red Vessel, 2025″ is organized as a raffle in which I collect no dollars, but in exchange I am asking for an intentional gesture of care, support, or positive action during these immensely critical times. One hundred collective calls to state and local representatives, donations to Palestinian aid fundraisers (any contribution), or other forms of support to people in urgent need, for example, is what I would like to “sell” this sculpture for. I leave the choice to you, but I have some suggestions on the product page.

In the future, I would like to open art for direct trades (other works of art, skills, etc) and auctions to fundraise for important causes.

I hope this idea broadens pathways to collecting my artwork while encouraging us to work better together in the spirit of care and change.
